Easy to talk to on call or text and kept to the time they said they would have it done

Made an online appointment. Simple. Arrived a bit early, was greeted and left the car with a tentative finish time of 4:00 pm. Work completed slighly early with good text communication about progress. I'll never go back to the VW dealership if I can avoid it. Note that it can take a few days to get an appointment and that Wofford's isn't the cheapest game in town. But it is hands down the best.

Chose Wofford's for a pre-purchase inspection on an Audi and we are 1600 miles away.
