Communication & Authorization Agreement
This warranty applies only if the vehicle has been properly maintained in accordance with both the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations and Wofford’s European Car’s service and maintenance recommendations. Wofford’s may require maintenance records or documentation as a condition of warranty consideration.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by Wofford’s. No warranty repairs may be performed by any third party without prior written authorization. Repairs performed elsewhere without authorization are not covered.
Warranty coverage is limited solely to the repair or replacement, at Wofford’s discretion, of the defective part or workmanship. No additional costs are covered.
Warranty Coverage
Covered new parts and associated labor are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of three (3) years or thirty-six thousand (36,000) miles, whichever occurs first, from the date and mileage recorded on the repair order.
This limited warranty covers only defects in workmanship and manufacturer defects in new parts supplied by Wofford’s. No other coverage is provided, expressed or implied.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to, and Wofford’s expressly disclaims any warranty on
used parts sourced from a salvage yard, dismantler, donor vehicle, or another vehicle, and not supplied as new by a new-parts supplier; performance, aftermarket, racing, or modified parts; customer-supplied parts or materials; wear items including but not limited to brake components, clutches, belts, hoses, filters, bulbs, batteries, tires, alignments, and fluids; diagnostic time, inspections, testing, programming, calibrations, scanning, or fluid services; failures caused by lack of maintenance, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, collisions, vandalism, theft, fire, flooding, road hazards, environmental conditions, or acts of nature; failures resulting from vehicle modifications, software alterations, tuning, or installation of non-factory components; failures resulting from continued operation of the vehicle after warning lights, abnormal noises, leaks, drivability concerns, or known faults are present;
and failures involving parts subjected to excessive operating pressures, temperatures, or other operating values outside of the part’s original intended and designed functionality, including but not limited to influences from modified or non-factory software, tuning, calibration changes, or any form of forced-induction modification.

Communication & Authorization Agreement
By authorizing repairs, the customer agrees that approvals, estimates, warranty coverage, limitations, exclusions, maintenance requirements, completion notification, and pickup requirements may be established or confirmed through
recorded telephone calls, text messages, emails, voicemails, and other electronic communications. The customer acknowledges that telephone calls may be recorded and that electronic communications constitute written authorization and agreement under Utah law. Such communications are incorporated into and form part of the repair order, service terms, and warranty.
Vehicle Pickup, Storage, and Lien Notice
The customer agrees to pick up the vehicle within three (3) business days of being notified that repairs are complete. Notification may be provided by telephone call, recorded voicemail, text message, or email.
If the vehicle is not picked up and the balance owed is not paid within three (3) business days, and no prior arrangements have been made, vehicle storage charges will begin on the fourth (4th) day following completion.
If the vehicle remains on Wofford’s European Car property with an unpaid balance, the customer acknowledges and agrees that
a mechanic’s lien may be initiated no later than thirty (30) days after completion of the vehicle, in accordance with Utah law. Wofford’s reserves all rights to recover storage fees, administrative costs, and unpaid balances as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Wofford’s shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to towing, storage, rental vehicles, loss of use, downtime, or inconvenience.
This limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by Utah law.
Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Utah.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written representations regarding the covered repair and service.
Wofford’s European Car (“Wofford’s”) provides a limited warranty on new parts supplied by Wofford’s and labor performed by Wofford’s in connection with automotive repair services, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
